Job summary

You will rotate through operations, sales, procurement, logistics, and e-Commerce, gaining broad exposure and leadership experience within Sonepar USA and its operating companies.

The program emphasizes hands-on learning, site visits, and residency trips, with opportunities to advance into leadership roles across multiple business areas.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum GPA 3.0.
• Internship, co-op, or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage in warehouse operations and logistics to understand the business.
• Build relationships with vendors to support marketing and sales.
• Communicate with customers and tech support to identify issues and trends.
• Train customers and associates on products to deliver excellent service.
• Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and competitive strengths.
• Manage projects by understanding needs and collaborating with partners.
