Job summary

Cisco’s Legal Experience Acceleration Program (LEAP) recruits 1L law students for an 11-week in-house summer internship. Interns will have the chance to work across various legal practice groups, helping to enable Cisco’s mission of building innovative technologies for customers worldwide.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Juris Doctor degree program at an ABA-accredited law school as a 1L law student for academic year 2026/2027
• Available to start in our internship program as part of a cohort on May 17, 2027
• Strong interest in starting a legal career as an in-house attorney

Responsibilities

• Work on an array of groundbreaking legal issues for the company that is powering an inclusive future for all
• Gain experience and exposure to a wide variety of practice areas while supporting our internal client base
• Drive projects designed to enable the business to develop and sell leading networking, security and collaboration products and services
