The program offers structured learning, hands-on experience, and mentorship to build operational knowledge and leadership skills for Assistant Branch Manager or Operations Manager roles upon completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Distribution, Construction Management, or related field.
• Or 1–2 years of relevant industry experience with interest in leadership.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to relocate or travel regionally for rotations.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end operational projects and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with regional leaders to inform decisions and improve efficiency.
• Hire and onboard new team members for rotational roles.
• Support forecasting, staffing, and inventory health efforts.
• Champion technology and process improvements aligned with corporate initiatives.
