Job summary

QXO is launching a one-year Emerging Leader Development Program (ELDP) to develop future branch and operations leaders. The program blends learning, on-the-job rotations, and mentorship, with opportunities to advance to Assistant Branch Manager or Operations Manager upon completion.

Participants join a high-performing cohort, access an enterprise leadership network, and contribute to regional initiatives supporting QXO's priorities.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on, fast-paced, results-driven mindset.
• Willingness to relocate or travel regionally for rotations and future leadership opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end operational and strategic projects using data to identify trends and improve efficiency and customer experience.
• Share insights and recommendations with regional and branch leaders to influence decisions.
• Hire and onboard new team members to build a strong, high-performing workforce.
• Recommend process, workflow or resource changes that move the business forward.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders on forecasting, staffing, inventory health, and cost control.
• Serve as a community engagement ambassador and strengthen partnerships with local associations.
• Champion technology advancement and process flow changes aligned with corporate initiatives.
