Job summary

Tower Loan is offering a full-time Manager Development Program designed to train Manager Trainees for leadership roles in consumer finance. The 10–12 month program provides hands-on exposure to customer service, sales, financial management, and branch operations, with competitive pay and performance incentives.

On-site role with a schedule Mon–Fri 8:30 AM–5:30 PM and occasional extended hours, including Saturdays as needed. Growth through a strong promote-from-within culture is emphasized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to relocate upon promotion into management.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Become proficient in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Develop long-term customer relationships by listening to customer needs and recommending the best service.
• Offer optional products to serve new and existing customers best.
• Contact customers regarding payment reminders and arrangements.
• Assist Manager in exceeding established office goals.
• Learn and provide support in management responsibilities such as delegating workload and analyzing loan documents.
• Develop and demonstrate skills in recruitment, staff development, performance management, and leadership.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
