Job summary

Tower Loan in Poplar Bluff, MO, seeks a Manager Trainee for its full-time Manager Development Program. In 10–12 months you’ll gain hands-on experience in customer service, sales, financial management, and branch operations, with competitive pay and incentives.

You will build customer relationships, promote relevant products, support daily office goals, and prepare for leadership through development and hands-on responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Willingness to relocate upon promotion into management.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Preferred: Sales, Collections, or Customer Service experience.

Responsibilities

• Become proficient in customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations.
• Develop long-term customer relationships by listening to needs and recommending services.
• Offer optional products to serve new and existing customers best.
• Contact customers regarding payment reminders and arrangements.
• Assist Manager in exceeding office goals.
• Support management duties such as delegating workload and analyzing loan documents.
• Contribute to recruitment, staff development, performance management and leadership.
