Job summary

Tower Loan of Mississippi, LLC in Lake Charles, LA seeks candidates for a full-time Manager Development Program trainee. You will gain hands-on experience in customer service, sales, marketing, finance and branch operations, building leadership skills through practical work and mentoring.

During the program you’ll develop long-term client relationships, learn to offer productive financial products, support the branch with daily tasks, and prepare for a promotion into management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to relocate upon promotion into management.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Become proficient in customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations.
• Develop long-term customer relationships by listening to needs and recommending services.
• Offer optional products to best serve new and existing customers.
• Contact customers regarding payment reminders and arrangements.
• Assist the Manager in meeting and exceeding office goals.
• Support management duties such as delegating workload and reviewing loan documents.
• Develop skills in recruitment, staff development, performance management and leadership.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
