HUB International in the United States seeks an Account Manager I to handle a book of insurance business, delivering professional service to clients, carriers, underwriters and HUB colleagues. You may work independently or with a Producer to advocate for clients and help with renewals and new accounts.

You will manage renewal negotiations, coordinate proposals, ensure policy accuracy, maintain records and support underwriter relationships, while training teammates and adhering to broker

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
• Strong reading, analysis and data entry skills.
• Solid organization and follow-up capabilities.
• Team-oriented with proficient MS Office usage.
• Experience with insurance policies and broker standards.

Responsabilités

• Serve day-to-day client needs via calls and emails about coverage.
• Execute client renewal process: data, marketing, quotes, terms.
• Review quotes to ensure insurance requirements are included.
• Maintain client relationships and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Associate Account Managers as needed.
• Manage relationships with underwriters to negotiate coverage.
• Prepare proposals, bind coverage, and create summaries.
• Maintain electronic records and adhere to standards.
• Train teammates and share knowledge on coverage.
