Job summary

Reporting to the Director of Engineering, you will work on projects and data analysis, develop process improvements, and collaborate across departments. The role emphasizes mentorship, hands-on learning, and contributing to safety, quality, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Project or Process Engineering positions.
• BS in Engineering, Electrical or Mechanical preferred.
• Proven leadership skills obtained through extracurricular activities during collegiate experience.
• Excellent communication (verbal and listening) and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Gains an understanding of the products, systems and people within the assigned department.
• Works under the direction of the Director of Engineering while partnering with a host department head, and supported by a mentor.
• Supports assigned department as necessary. Responsibilities can vary from project work to data analysis to administrative functions.
• Assists other departments in production with respect to safety, quality and output.
