Qualifications
- 10 years' experience in Operations
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
- Knowledge of ERP Systems, BOMs & Routings, Costing Systems
- Experience managing multi-layer department
- Professional certification preferred (CPIM)
Responsibilities
- Attains the facility's product quality, productivity, waste, service, safety, and environmental objectives
- Communicates and administers company policy
- Develops people and organization
- Develops plant strategic plans to support Marketing goals
- Meets customer expectations
- Develops and executes plans for continuous improvement
- Develops annual budget with Controller support
- Develops annual capital budget to maintain assets and adds capabilities
- Leads projects and serves on corporate steering committees
- Serves on NPD teams to develop new or modified products
