Shurtape Technologies, LLC is seeking an Engineering & Maintenance Manager to plan and oversee the Engineering & Maintenance Department, supervising hourly and salaried staff, and ensuring safe work practices across the facility.

The role emphasizes a strong preventive/predictive maintenance program, continuous improvement, and cross-functional budgeting with the Plant Manager to optimize capital spending and plant performance.

Qualifications

• BSME or BSEE in a manufacturing environment.
• Five years’ experience in a similar supervisory role in a manufacturing environment.
• Thorough knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations relative to plant operation and maintenance.
• Excellent skills in coordinating efforts of diverse personnel.

Responsabilités

• Supervises Maintenance personnel including Multi-Craft Maintenance Technicians, Automation Control Technicians, etc.
• Oversees all contracted maintenance services and defines work scopes.
• Coordinates the day-to-day activities of the Engineering & Maintenance Department.
• Ensures inventories of critical components are available and tooling is stocked.
• Provides technical guidance to coating and finishing operations on process control.
• Implements preventive/predictive maintenance programs and ongoing training.
• Works with Plant Manager to establish yearly operating and capital budgets.
