Job summary

Shurtape Technologies, LLC is seeking a Plant Manager to provide strategic leadership for the Hickory facility, aligning manufacturing operations with company goals and customer expectations.

The role requires deep experience in operations, ERP systems, budgeting, and a proven track record in leading cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and safe, reliable production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 10 years’ experience in Operations.
• Knowledge of ERP Systems, BOMS & Routings, Costing Systems.

Responsibilities

• Attains the facility's established product quality, productivity, waste, service, safety, and environmental objectives.
• Develops plant strategic plans to support Marketing goals.
• Meets customer expectations and budgets.
• Develops annual budget with Controller support and capital budget to maintain assets.
