Job summary

Shurtape Technologies, LLC in the United States seeks an Engineering & Maintenance Manager to lead the Engineering & Maintenance Department. You will supervise hourly maintenance and salaried staff, drive safe work practices, oversee preventive/predictive maintenance, and push continuous improvement across plant facilities and equipment.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting capabilities, and collaboration with other departments to sustain reliable production and high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• BSME or BSEE in a manufacturing environment.
• Five years' supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong coordination skills across diverse personnel.
• Thorough knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations for plant operation and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance personnel and contracted workers.
• Coordinate day-to-day Engineering & Maintenance activities.
• Ensure inventories of critical components and tools are adequate.
• Provide technical guidance to coating and finishing operations.
• Plan and administer maintenance and capital budgets.
• Ensure safety practices and company policies are followed.
