Qualifications

• Requires 1-3 years of experience in Project or Process Engineering positions.
• College graduate with a BS in Engineering, Electrical or Mechanical preferred.
• Proven internship or project experience with strong leadership through collegiate activities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; presenting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gain understanding of products, systems and people in the department.
• Work under the Director of Engineering with a mentor and department head support.
• Support assigned department with project work, data analysis or administrative tasks.
• Assist other production departments regarding safety, quality and output.
• Participate in meetings, trainings and company culture activities.
