Shurtape Technologies is seeking an Engineering & Maintenance Manager in Stony Point, NC to lead a diverse team of maintenance and engineering professionals. You will drive safety, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement across plant operations.

The role focuses on budgeting, capital projects, and coordinating with multiple departments to optimize manufacturing performance and reliability.

Qualifications

• BSME or BSEE in a manufacturing environment.
• Five years’ experience in a similar supervisory role in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent skills in coordinating efforts of diverse personnel.
• Thorough knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations relative to plant operation and maintenance.

Responsabilités

• Supervise Maintenance personnel and contractors.
• Coordinate day-to-day Engineering & Maintenance activities.
• Ensure inventories of critical components are available.
• Provide technical guidance to coating and finishing operations.
