Kelly is hiring a DSO / Emerging DSO Specialist in Brea, CA. Hybrid on Fridays with a 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule.

The role focuses on customer service, sales operations support, and onboarding for DSO accounts, ensuring compliance with FDA/ISO regulations and coordinating with procurement vendors. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in corporate CS/inside sales, strong product support skills, and experience using SAP and MS Office.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• 5 years of customer service or inside sales in a corporate setting.
• Experience providing product-specific technical support to customers.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and follow-up.

Aufgaben

• Provide product-specific technical support and assist customers with website navigation via phone and email.
• Review, qualify, and enter customer orders into the online system with accuracy and policy compliance.
• Identify unusual orders, duplicate profiles, new accounts, and discrepancies before shipping.
• Answer incoming calls and inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Process returns and RMAs, and maintain product, account, and database records.
• Manage DSO group accounts and onboarding for new/emerging dental service organizations.
• Coordinate account setup with third-party vendors (Dentira, Coupa, Method).
• Communicate new customer information and large orders to sales representatives.
• Escalate complex technical questions to appropriate teams.
• Develop knowledge of products and training on new lines and competitors.
• Maintain understanding of procedures, CS processes, and RMAs.
• Collaborate with IT on proofreading and UAT for online ordering systems.
• Support continuous improvement of CS procedures and operations.
• Work with Sales, Technical Services, IT and other departments for a seamless customer experience.
