Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking an Emerging DSO Customer Support Specialist in Brea, CA to process orders, provide product support, and maintain strong customer relationships. The role manages DSO group accounts and coordinates new account setup with third-party procurement platforms.

You will assist customers by phone and email with product questions, review orders, create and onboard group accounts, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams while maintaining up-to-date product knowledge

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of corporate customer service or inside sales experience (retail experience does not qualify).
• Technical product support experience preferred.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by phone and email with product questions, technical support, and website navigation.
• Review, process, and release customer orders accurately.
• Create, maintain, and onboard DSO group accounts, including setup with Dentira, Coupa, and Method.
• Process returns, account updates, and customer database maintenance.
• Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate teams.
• Communicate new customer information and large orders to sales representatives.
• Maintain product knowledge and support customer service improvements and system testing.
