Responsibilities

• Recap and track Potential Change Orders (PCOs).
• Price up material vouchers.
• Write up and record all RFIs.
• Track certified payroll for Rosendin and subcontractors and fill required forms.
• Update project schedules on Microsoft Project or SureTrack.
• Conduct monthly billing (Schedule of Values/Cover sheet).
• Create and update material flow sheets and logs.
