Qualifications

• Proven ability to communicate clearly with residents, applicants, and team members.
• Strong customer service and administrative skills are required.
• Experience with property management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in advertising materials and showings.
• Maintain rental records and update availability reports.
• Process applications and coordinate with Community Manager for approvals.
• Support lease preparation, renewals, and rent collection tasks.
• Maintain resident files and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
