Job summary

Valiant Residential is seeking an Assistant Community Manager who works closely with the Community Manager to ensure the smooth running and operation of the property and acts as the Community Manager in their absence. The Assistant Community Manager assists with leasing, marketing, and resident relations and maintains financial records.

You will prepare advertising materials, show units, screen applicants, and manage applications and deposits while using the Yardi system to input information.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of college preferred.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing advertising materials.
• Assist in showing units and screening applicants.
• Maintain records of rental levels of comparable units.
• Present leasing and marketing ideas.
• Greet prospects and qualify by covering criteria.
• Process applications, deposits, and coordinate with Community Manager.

Skills
