Job summary

JLL in Orlando, FL is seeking an Associate Broker to launch or advance a career in commercial real estate brokerage. This team-based role involves interacting with owners, C-Suite executives and key client representatives, and reporting to Senior Team Leaders.

You will support senior brokers with business development, prepare property books and client presentations, develop market overviews and research, review financial models, and contribute to negotiations and documentation as you gain

Qualifications

0-4+ years of commercial real estate or business-to-business sales experience.
Demonstrable success in business development and sales production.

Responsibilities

Attend JLL University (10-week) training for new Associate Brokers.
Support senior brokers in initiating business development activities and outreach to new leads.
Work with senior brokers on new business proposals, prepare property summary books, and create new business presentations.
Collaborate with senior brokers to develop client materials (lease comparisons, market overviews, client presentations).
Shadow senior brokers in transaction negotiation, evaluation, and documentation.
Provide clients with industry and market information and maintain prospect contact information.
Contribute to local market research requests: market snapshots, overviews, quarterly decks.
Review and understand financial models, cash flow projections, and valuation models.
