Publicis Groupe in the United States is seeking an Associate Director, Client Strategy and Execution to lead significant workstreams and smaller accounts under direction from a Director. You will translate client needs into strategic direction and executable plans while strengthening client relationships, financial stewardship, resource planning, growth, and team leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in client services, consulting, market access, healthcare, or related fields.
• Ability to lead significant workstreams or smaller accounts and translate business needs into strategic plans.
• Experience providing strategic reviews, developing recommendations, and communicating risks with options.
• Experience coaching Managers/Senior Managers on ownership, communication, and delivery quality.
• Strong communication, collaboration, organization, problem-solving, and cross-functional leadership.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Build trusted client relationships and manage financial stewardship and staffing.
• Drive multi-workstream delivery and ensure alignment with client strategy.

• Coach Managers and Senior Managers on workstream ownership and delivery quality.
