Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Financials, project management, and/or Budgets & Compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PPT and Excel.
• Experience with MediaTools, Prisma, and MediaOcean.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and train junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Work with Director on team roles and prioritization.
• Manage workload and ensure timely billing procedures.
• Confirm accuracy of work and coach staff.
• Lead career development for Supervisors and Associates.
• Maintain relationships with agency contacts and clients.
• Lead monthly billing and financial reporting.
• Attend system trainings and participate in testing.
• Collaborate with Analytics, Strategy and Investment.
• Handle high-profile or sensitive client requests.
• Act as point of contact for budgets & compliance questions.
