VEG ER for Pets in Texas is seeking an Emergency Credentialed Veterinary Technician. You will be on the front lines, handling emergencies, triage, treatments, and anesthesia with a compassionate, team-focused approach.

You will support doctors across diagnostics, monitoring, and critical care, growing your skills in a dynamic, patient-centered ER environment. Nights, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• Credentialed veterinary technician in the state of the VEG practice is required.
• 1+ years in a veterinary technician role; emergency or specialty medicine preferred.
• Strong communication and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Triage and treat patients from minor to complex emergencies.
• Assist doctors with diagnostics, anesthesia, monitoring, and critical care nursing.
• Deliver nursing care and emotional support to pets and their guardians.
• Maintain clear communication and teamwork to keep care flowing.
• Perform advanced techniques and support during procedures.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment and participate in continuing education.
