Job summary

VEG ER for Pets is seeking an Emergency Credentialed Veterinary Technician to join our front‑line emergency care team. You’ll work with doctors and teammates to deliver gold standard, emotionally intelligent care for a wide range of cases, from triage to discharge.

This role emphasizes growth, mentorship, and the chance to handle advanced procedures in a fast‑paced, pet‑centered ER environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher in veterinary technology preferred.
• Credentialed as a Veterinary Technician (CVT/RVT/LVT/LVMT) in the applicable state.
• 1+ years of experience in a veterinary technician role, emergency or specialty experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care, treatments, and emotional support from triage to discharge.
• Assist with CPR and critical care procedures.
• Work with doctors during diagnostics, anesthesia, monitoring, and imaging.
• Perform meds administration, monitoring, and IV/CRI care.
• Collaborate with the team to plan and maintain smooth care flow.
