Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in clinical veterinary technician role.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Must be enrolled in a Credentialing Support Program and able to become Credentialed Vet Technician within one year.
• Flexible to work in a fast-paced, multi-team environment.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview and onboarding of support staff and technicians.
• Oversee hospital support staff, ensure high quality patient care.
• Coordinate HR operations, payroll, leaves, and benefits with leadership.
• Partner with Medical Director and Regional teams to drive VEG initiatives.
• Promote inclusivity and a positive workplace culture.
