Veterinary Emergency Group in Greenville, SC is seeking a ClinicStaff Manager to lead the hospital's support staff and drive operational excellence. You will oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, payroll, and performance management, partnering with clinical leadership to elevate patient care.

You will foster an inclusive, learning-focused culture, mentor staff across shifts, and implement VEG-wide initiatives to improve efficiency and staff engagement in a fast-paced emergency setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in clinical veterinary technician role with leadership exposure
• Experience building and leading diverse support staff teams
• Proven ability to recruit, onboard, train and develop staff
• Strong payroll, benefits and HR process understanding
• Commitment to inclusive leadership and conflict resolution

Responsabilités

• Directly oversee and coach the hospital's support staff across all shifts
• Lead onboarding and training initiatives for new staff and ongoing development
• Drive recruitment, interviewing, and candidate selection in partnership with leadership
• Oversee HR operations including payroll, I-9s, benefits and leave management
• Champion performance management, feedback, and succession planning
• Promote inclusive culture and resolve interpersonal conflicts in real time
• Collaborate with Medical Director and Regional leaders to implement VEG initiatives
• Ensure efficient hospital workflow and resource utilization
