The role emphasizes mentorship, credentialed veterinary nursing leadership, and driving continued growth for both the team and VEG’s emergency services in the Columbia area.

Qualifikationen

• Credentialed veterinary technician (CVT, RVT, LVT, LVMT) in the state of the VEG practice.
• 5+ years in a clinical veterinary nursing role; emergency experience preferred; 2+ years leadership experience.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Able to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
• AVMA-accredited program is strongly preferred.

• Manage day-to-day flow for nursing team, ensuring tools and support are available.
• Oversee scheduling, payroll, productivity, hiring, onboarding and offboarding.
• Address patient care issues and team dynamics with empathy and clarity.
