VEG is seeking a Clinical Staff Manager to lead the hospital's support staff, ensuring high quality patient care and adherence to VEG standards. You will drive recruitment, onboarding and ongoing development while partnering with leadership to implement VEG-wide initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in clinical veterinary technician role.
• 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Must be enrolled in a Credentialing Support Program and able to become a Credentialed Veterinary Technician within one year.
• Willing to work 5 days per week including weekends and holidays.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Directly oversee support staff and lead across the hospital shifts.
• Foster a learning culture and formal education tracks.
• Coordinate onboarding, training, and credentialing for staff.
• Address conflicts and maintain smooth workflow and patient care.
• Partner with leadership to improve processes and drive VEG initiatives.
• Promote inclusivity and equitable treatment across the VEG team.
