Qualifications

• 5+ years of clinical veterinary technician experience.
• 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Must be enrolled in a Credentialing Support Program (CSP).
• Able to become a Credentialed Veterinary Technician within one year of employment.

Responsibilities

• Directly oversee the support staff team and lead as an active hospital leader across all shifts.
• Foster a learning culture with formal education tracks and informal coaching.
• Address staff concerns and resolve conflicts to maintain workflow and patient care.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop credentialed veterinary technicians and assistants.
• Develop and maintain key business processes for staffing, scheduling, and leaves.
• Collaborate with Medical Director and leadership to ensure supplies and tools are available.
