Job summary

Veterinary Emergency Group (VEG) is seeking a Nursing Trainer to lead clinical training and development across our emergency hospitals. You will identify learning needs, mentor staff, and drive training initiatives to raise care quality in fast-paced environments.

You will collaborate with nursing managers and develop educational materials while traveling to VEG hospitals as needed to onboard new veterinarians and technicians.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of emergency veterinary medicine.
• Experience in training or teaching others.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify individual and team training needs with leadership.
• Assess assistants and credentialed technicians through observation and practice.
• Lead VEG Cultivate program advancement and training initiatives.
• Implement training programs and serve as the training lead at the hospital.
