VEG is seeking a Nursing Trainer to lead development and education for veterinary nursing teams across VEG hospitals. You will coach clinicians, tailor training to diverse learning styles, and build confidence and momentum in emergency medicine.

You’ll partner with leadership to shape curricula, assess staff performance, and advance education initiatives while aligning with VEG’s culture and standards. This role requires travel within the region and flexibility to work nights and weekends.

• High level of knowledge and skill in emergency medicine.
• Previous training experience preferred.
• Strong communicator and collaborator across teams.

Responsabilités

• Partner with leadership to identify individual and team training needs.
• Assess assistants and credentialed technicians through direct observation and real-time immersion.
• Drive advancement through VEG’s Cultivate program.
• Implement VEG training programs and serve as the go-to training lead at your hospital.
• Split your time between on-the-floor mentoring and strategic development.
• Provide tailored, hands-on training for all learning styles and skill levels with patience and understanding.
• Organize peer training opportunities and build a strong mentoring culture.
