Job summary

DoveLewis Veterinary Emergency and Specialty Hospital in Oregon is hiring full-time Client Service Representatives to join our Client Experience Team. You are the first point of contact for clients and their pets in a high-volume emergency hospital environment.

The role requires at least 1 year of high-volume, in-person customer service experience, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and composure under pressure.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of high-volume, in-person customer service experience required.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience handling high-stress interactions with professionalism and empathy.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly without sacrificing accuracy.
• Proven ability to remain composed and effective under pressure.
• Experience with appointment scheduling (medical or veterinary scheduling preferred).
• Veterinary customer service or medical field experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and their pets in a high-volume emergency hospital.
• Manage in-person interactions, multi-line phones, and administrative duties gracefully.
• Coordinate with medical staff and external partners during urgent situations.
• Maintain accuracy and composure while supporting clients and teams.
