About the Role

As a member of the Client Experience Team, you are the primary point of contact for clients and their pets in a high-volume emergency veterinary hospital environment. Due to the pace and complexity of the role, candidates must have prior experience in high-volume, client-facing environments.

This position requires the ability to simultaneously manage in-person client interactions, multi-line phone systems, and administrative responsibilities while maintaining accuracy and composure. You will regularly support clients in urgent and emotionally charged situations and must be able to prioritize effectively while coordinating with medical staff and external partners.

Success in this role depends on strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to operate efficiently under pressure.

Compensation
$20–$22/hour for Client Service Representatives
Overnight and weekend differential pay available for applicable shifts

Schedule
CSR team members work a 3/4 rotation (three 10 hour shifts week one, and 4 ten hour shifts week two).

We are currently hiring for Swing and Day shifts.

As a 24/7/365 emergency hospital, this role requires availability for weekends and holidays.

  • Veterinary customer service or medical field experience preferred
  • Proficiency with computers and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Ability to type at least 45 WPM while actively engaging with clients
  • Comfortable operating multi-line phone systems while assisting in-person clients
  • Accurate cash handling skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required (relevant experience may substitute)
