Qualifications

• CVT/RVT/LVMT credential in the state where VEG practice is located
• 1+ year experience as a veterinary technician; emergency/preferred
• Associate degree or higher in veterinary technology
• AVMA-accredited program strongly preferred
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Responsibilities

• Triage and care for emergency cases alongside doctors
• Provide nursing care, treatments, and emotional support to patients
• Assist with diagnostics, anesthesia, monitoring, and critical care tasks
• Maintain clear communication with teammates and prioritize patient flow
• Perform advanced procedures and use tools such as IVs, CRIs, blood products
• Support team during high-stress emergencies and maintain calm environment
