Veterinary Emergency Group The PC in Cary, NC is seeking a part-time Emergency Credentialed Veterinary Technician. You will join a fast-paced ER team delivering gold-standard care, from triage through critical care, with opportunities to grow skills and receive mentorship.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or higher in veterinary technology from an AVMA-accredited program strongly preferred.
• Credentialed as a veterinary technician (CVT, RVT, LVT, LVMT) in the practice state; VTS in ECC/medicine/anesthesia is a plus.
• 1+ years of experience in a veterinary technician role; emergency or specialty medicine preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency nursing care from triage to discharge.
• Handle anesthesia, monitoring, and critical care nursing.
• Assist with diagnostics, imaging, sample collection and treatments.
• Communicate effectively with team and support staff to keep care flowing.
• Perform CPR and use advanced techniques such as central lines and endoscopy when needed.
