Job summary

TaskUs is seeking a Learning Experience Manager for the Chandler, AZ locale to design and expand training and onboarding initiatives. The role oversees a team of Learning Experience Leaders, coordinates schedule management, onboarding, and coaching, and ensures the delivery of world-class training for teammates and future leaders.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years training experience, 2+ years management, BPO exposure, and strong communication skills to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Five years of previous training experience.
• Two years of previous management experience, preferably in the training or learning development space.
• Two years of BPO experience, preferably.
• Two years of previous technical support experience and/or emergency coordination, emergency response, or crisis management experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and expand training and development programs aligned with organizational initiatives.
• Coordinate, organize, and implement all training programs and onboarding efforts.
• Manage a team of Learning Experience Leaders and collaborate with site managers to ensure program quality.
• Maintain training schedules and rosters, create seats for new staff, interview and onboard staff, and set job expectations.
• Provide coaching, KPIs, feedback, and development opportunities for staff.
• Develop training methodologies and materials, and improve programs continuously.
