Qualifications

• Experience handling shelter operations and crisis intervention preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shelter activities to ensure quality service delivery.
• Manage shelter staff, security, and client activities while on duty.
• Coordinate distribution of services and program activities.
• Coordinate volunteers and support services.
• Organize supplies and facility needs.
• Support staff during shifts and assist in duties as needed.
• Coordinate and manage events and holiday activities.
• Provide crisis/conflict intervention and report issues to the Program Manager.
• Assist with supply and service coordination, record keeping, and reporting.
• Attend meetings and training sessions; assist with general duties.
