Job summary

Bayaud Works seeks a Project Manager for the Emergency Cold Weather Shelter in Denver to oversee 24/7 shelter operations in partnership with the City and County. You will manage staffing, site readiness, safety protocols, and data reporting while coordinating with vendors and partners.

This is a seasonal-temporary, non-exempt, full-time role with shifts across days, evenings, and overnights. Responsibilities include supervising shelter staff, ensuring compliance, and maintaining accurate

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two+ years experience in shelter ops, emergency response, or related field.
• Familiarity with payroll, invoicing, and reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate 24/7 shelter coverage and staffing.
• Oversee onboarding, training, and performance of shelter staff.
• Ensure site readiness including bed setup, meals, hygiene supplies, and safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate records for payroll and contract billing.
• Support program data quality and required reporting.
