Constructive Partnerships Unlimited seeks a Shelter Support Assistant in New York, NY. You will support residents, monitor safety, assist with meals, conduct wellness checks, rounds, and room inspections to keep the shelter safe and orderly.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, write and understand English.
• Experience supporting clients in shelter or social service settings is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct assistance to clients residing in the shelter.
• Assist with meals distribution and maintain cafeteria cleanliness while following DOHMH protocols.
• Complete intakes, provide tours, and conduct wellness checks and hourly rounds.
