Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in Single Adult Shelters or Congregate Residential Services.
• Experience working with families and homeless population.
• Food Protection Certification and CPR/ First Aid required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct assistance, support, and care to clients in the shelter.
• Complete new resident intake arrival packets and daily occupancy forms.
• Conduct hourly rounds to ensure client safety and security.
