Rainbow Restoration is seeking a Lead Emergency Services Technician to oversee field crews in water mitigation, mold remediation, and emergency response services. The role combines hands-on field work with leadership, training, and ensuring adherence to IICRC standards and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Direct restoration experience required.
• IICRC certifications preferred (WRT/ASD/AMRT).
• Strong leadership and supervisory abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage restoration teams on-site across job sites.
• Respond to emergency losses involving water, mold, fire, storm, and other damage.
• Perform water mitigation services following IICRC standards and company processes.
• Train technicians in structural drying, mold remediation, and containment setup.
• Maintain documentation, progress tracking, and equipment counts.
• Monitor safety, quality, and schedules to ensure timely delivery.
