Job summary

Rainbow Restoration is seeking an Emergency Services Field Supervisor to lead field crews in mitigation and restoration, overseeing projects from water damage to mold remediation. The role blends hands-on work with leadership responsibilities to ensure safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have direct restoration experience and IICRC credentials where possible, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Direct restoration and water mitigation experience required.
• IICRC certifications preferred (WRT, ASD, AMRT).
• Strong communication, organization and leadership skills.
• Ability to lead crews while remaining hands-on in the field.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee mitigation technicians on residential and commercial projects.
• Manage day-to-day field operations and job site coordination.
• Respond to emergency losses involving water, mold, fire, storm, and other damage.
• Perform and oversee water mitigation services per IICRC standards and Rainbow processes.
• Train technicians in structural drying, mold remediation, containment, and cleanup.
• Ensure safety, PPE compliance, and adherence to procedures.
• Document project scope, moisture readings, and equipment counts.
