Job summary

Goodyear is seeking a Roadside Technician to respond to tire emergencies for semi-truck fleets. You will be dispatched to customer locations to repair or change tires, often roadside, and assist with shop duties when no service calls are pending.

No previous experience is required; we provide training. The role includes a mandatory on-call rotation with after-hours premium pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in commercial tire service is a plus but not required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet CDL qualifications as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Serve on-site to service commercial tires including dismounting, mounting, and repair.
• Perform match mounting and dual assembly alignment and check radial runout as needed.
• Inflate tires to prescribed PSI per load requirements.
• Adhere to OSHA safety regulations and wear proper PPE.
• Assist with shop duties during low call times.
