Job summary

The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is seeking a Roadside Technician to serve semi-truck fleets. You will be dispatched to customer locations to repair or replace tires, often working roadside, with additional shop duties when idle. No experience is required; training is provided.

This role includes mandatory on-call rotation and after-hours premium pay, with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and meet CDL-like requirements.
• Must be at least 21 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Servicing Commercial Tires including dismounting, mounting, and repairing tires.
• Perform match mounting, match mating dual assemblies, and radial runout checks.
• Inflating tires to prescribed PSI per load requirements.
• Complying with OSHA regulations and safety policies, including PPE and tire cages.
