Job summary

Goodyear Commercial Tire & Service Centers in the United States is hiring a Roadside Technician to respond to tire-related failures for semi-truck fleets. Technicians are dispatched to customer locations to repair or change tires and may mount orders, clean and organize the shop when no service calls are pending.

No prior experience is required; paid training is provided. The role includes mandatory on-call shifts, with after-hours calls paid at a premium and a comprehensive benefits package

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to work on a roadside schedule.
• Willingness to participate in mandatory on-call shifts and after-hours calls.
• Effective communication and basic problem-solving for fleet service.

Responsibilities

• Respond to tire-related failures at customer locations for semi-truck fleets.
• Repair or change tires and perform mounting as needed.
• Balance or check radial runout and assist with matched mounting.
• Maintain safety standards and keep the shop clean and organized.
