Job summary

AAA Washington is seeking a Fleet Technician to respond to emergency roadside requests and provide timely mechanical assistance on member vehicles. You will perform jump-starts, tire changes, battery work, and lock-out services, while coordinating towing to safe locations.

In this safety-sensitive role, you will support fleet maintenance, operate towing and service equipment, and uphold AAA's service standards across shifts. A valid driver’s license and DOT-compliant medicals are required.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years' work experience in automotive and/or customer service field.
• Must have 1+ years' demonstrated mechanical aptitude and mechanical reasoning.
• Valid Washington State or Idaho State driver's license; technical school certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency service requests and provide roadside assistance on member vehicles.
• Tow vehicles to designated locations following safety procedures.
• Perform minor vehicle repairs and assist with fleet maintenance.
