An automobile club is seeking Customer Advocates in Nashville to work in its Emergency Roadside Assistance Department. This full-time, temp-to-hire position involves assisting customers over the phone with roadside issues. Candidates must have exceptional customer service skills, an ability to multi-task, and should be willing to work weekends and holidays. Training is provided, and there is potential for regular employment and benefits upon successful performance.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide a high level of customer service in a professional call center environment.
• Ability to multi-task, using a variety of computer software applications.
• Ability to successfully pass a call center assessment.
• Ability to identify geographical locations and proficiency in reading maps.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Taking incoming calls from AAA members needing roadside assistance.
• Working part-time day and evening hours and on weekends.
