Qualifications

• IICRC Water Restoration certificate preferred.
• Must be able to identify consumables, usage and disposal.
• Must have knowledge of various pump systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform emergency board up, water extraction, and fire mitigation services efficiently and safely.
• Prepare rooms and areas for work activities, including staging and equipment setup.
• Perform demolition and general cleanup.
• Perform heavy cleaning duties (floors, walls, debris).
• Set drying equipment and monitor moisture levels.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and store equipment securely.
• Interface with customers and relay information to Project Manager and Superintendent.
• Complete paperwork and provide job updates into database.
• Maintain warehouse, equipment and tools in good condition.
• Ensure company vehicle is stocked and ready.
• Monitor consumable stock and safety at jobsites.
• Participate in on-call schedule for after-hours service.
