Supplied Talent is seeking a dependable Mitigation Specialist for on-site response to water, fire, and mold events in the Atlanta metro area. You will perform mitigation tasks, monitor equipment, and document progress for timely updates to customers.

The role requires ability to lift, work in varied environments, and adherence to safety protocols. On-site, full-time position with potential growth into lead tech roles.

Qualifications

• Experience in water mitigation, fire restoration, or mold remediation preferred.
• Ability to document job progress accurately using mobile apps.
• Demonstrated understanding of safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Respond to property damage events and perform on-site mitigation tasks.
• Set up and monitor equipment including dehumidifiers and air movers.
• Document notes, photos, and moisture logs; communicate progress to customers.
• Coordinate with leads, PMs, and office staff to maintain workflow.
• Adhere to safety protocols and pass respirator fit testing.
